No. Their websites and standard website tools are included in the Provider package. The provider decides whether to charge its customers and collects those payments itself.

Yes. You can choose not to renew at the end of your monthly or yearly billing term. Notice, export and end-of-service arrangements will be stated in the service agreement before activation.

Plans cover 5, 15 or 50 customer websites, plus your provider website. Network can grow beyond 50 with extra customer websites at £2 each per month (£24 each per year). Additional-site rates in EUR and USD are quoted separately. All plans include unlimited bPanel users.

Every plan includes unlimited bPanel users with no per-user charge. Providers can add administrators, and customer websites can have administrators or editors. Access remains limited to the assigned roles and websites. Website capacity remains 5, 15 or 50 customer websites, plus the provider website.

No. Starter includes 25 GB of NVMe SSD storage shared across the provider website and all five customer websites in that package. Growth includes 100 GB and Network includes 250 GB, also shared across each package. Adding a Network customer website increases website capacity, not the storage allowance.

Yes. Provide websites free, bundle them into your offering or charge your customers directly. bpanel charges your organisation for hosting and panel access. Customer payment collection is handled by you.

Your organisation adds local websites through its Provider workspace and assigns access to each team. Initial hosting setup is reviewed and activated by us.

Website migration is £50 per website, with fixed regional prices of €60 or $65. The content-transfer scope is reviewed first; complex rebuilds are quoted separately.

Hosting, SSL, software updates and backups are managed by bpanel. Support is included with every plan.
